2000 Series3-in-1 Purifier, Fan and Heater

This has been a great purchase. It has heated my room in the winter, kept it cool in the Spring, and it shows how purified muy air is. It has a simple but elegant design. I'm very happy with this excellent purchase.

I love the fact that not only does it help with my allergies it also keeps me warm when the temperature drops. It is super fast at heating the room up so it’s win win.

I purchased 2 fans and after some teething problems with the remote control of one upstairs affecting the other downstairs I find the machines easy to use. I still await my first electricity bill since using the machines.

Does its job and look pretty cool, would be better if it was slightly taller, a handle could be handy as well.

Very good product. Heats rooms so so quickly and is quiet on the lower heat setting. Bit loud on high setting but to be expected when you want fast hot air. The fan seems cool but hard to judge until the summer. The filter is an great addition as we have kids but will be again more for the summer as we are mainly using this as a heater in small moments for nice comfy heat in a room! Would recommend. Shame I got 2 weeks again and now £50 cheaper though! But that's life!!!

This is a brilliant piece of kit! I suffer with multiple allergies, and since using the air purifier my allergies have improved, I’ve slept better, and it cools the room really quickly. It’s almost silent, so doesn’t disturb sleep, and with the remote control, I don’t have to get out of bed to turn it off….just set the timer. Honestly, I don’t know how I managed before I got it.

Firstly it indicates the air purity on an easy to read colour scale, the handy remote control is great, it is magnetic and sits neatly at the back of the unit. The timer is a bonus and the 3 settings for the rotation is really handy. It blows both hot and cool air and the motor is quiet I can sleep undisturbed. The temperature control is really good easy to use - just click away! I was pleasantly surprised with the heat it gives our and how quickly it heats a room. Although it is quite large, it isn't heavy at all. I have given it a really good test and this isy honest opinion of the product.All in all it is a very good product and I would highly recommend it.

[Employee of philipsglobal] I have found this fan to operate quietly and effectively. The size is about right, small enough so it doesn't get in the way but big enough that it actually has enough power in it to quickly make a difference to the air quality. You can operate all of the features either by pressing the touch sensitive buttons on the top or the handy magnetic remote which is kept on the back of the appliance, I quite like the remote actually and has a good range. The filter is very effective, you really can tell the difference after the air is purified. An example of this was when I blew out a candle I had going in my living room, a moment later I noticed the air quality indicator on the machine go purple. At first I wondered why and thought there could be something wrong, but I then realised the indicator was telling me there was smoke in the air, impressive stuff! It wasn't long before the burning smell was gone and the indicator back to blue (normal), good job. As for other features, you get a timer (up to 4 hours), swivel head up to 350 degrees (nice radius), 3 fan speeds on fan mode / 3 on heat mode. The heat mode is excellent, you don't get a burning smell as dust etc is filtered out before the air hits the heating element (a definate plus). One design negative is the night mode, where the cool looking (and bright) lights are switched off so you are not disturbed at night. In order to activate it I had to consult the manual (you shouldn't ever have to refer to a manual to work a fan!), then I had to long press the timer button to turn off the lights..... There is actually a small icon on the remote for this but not on the top of the fan itself, its not obvious. I think there should just be a dedicated 'silent' button to turn off lights and the beep sound you get when selecting something, keep it simple. In general though this fan is excellent and I would recommend it to anyone.

Both heat and air con modes have immediate effect on room temperature. Excellent oscillation feature and can be managed via remote control. Noticeable reduction in dust and pet hair.

Firstly the item was easy to unpack and set up. Instructions were simple and easy to follow. The item looks good and is a good size, it can be used as a fan or heater, and it cleans the air whilst using it. Has a great oscillating feature, which means you don’t have to have it in one position. Lightweight so can easily be moved from room to room. Comes with a remote too. Has a great magnetic holder for the remote, so less likely to lost it. The light indicators are a great way of knowing how clean the air is. It also has a child-lock feature, which is great if you have younger kids.
