Steam iron DST3011/20 Not Working

The iron was nice to use, while it lasted. The box has no English on and the soleplate got discolored within 2 weeks. The iron only lasted 29 days and then stopped working. The shop had no problem to refund me.

The iron was a problem and the self clean did not work i had 2 of the irons and had a problem on both
