Really great little coffee machine, good amount of options to custom make your perfect cup. Also the hot water feature is pretty handy for those cold winter days to preheat the cup without having to boil a kettle.

What an amazing machine. Makes the nicest coffee. Particularly enjoy the option to add ground coffee and even rooibos to make red-chino's.

Everything unfortunately is plastic , It make good coffe once you learn how to use it, efficient,easy,mess free,quick,convenient,cheaper way to drink freshly roasted bean. coffee. It is way better than any pod machine, fresher coffee than any pod machine, Way more cheaper than any pod machine, 1kg of neans gives you 100 x 10g coffees. Pods are old,expensive and only 5 g of watery stale coffee.No aquaclean filter?

Due to the pandemic causing me to work from home, I needed a coffee machine that meets my former requirements, being good coffee from an easy to use machine. The Philips 1200 machine matches those requirements making multiple cups a day and each cup tastes as good as the 1st. Really impressed with the machine, and the manual milk frother I much prefer over the froth.

I am writing to share my disappointment regarding the coffee machine my wife purchased for me as a present. Initially, we were quite impressed with it, and the marketing reviews seemed promising. However, our excitement was short-lived as the first machine stopped working after just about a week of normal use at home, specifically due to a malfunction in the coffee brew unit. Thankfully, we were able to return the faulty machine without any difficulty, and it was promptly replaced. The second unit seemed to be functioning well for about three weeks until an unfortunate incident occurred. While making coffee, the machine suddenly tripped my circuit board, and despite following the manual instructions for a reset, all three warning lights remain lit, and the issue persists. Regrettably, this has left me with no choice but to send the unit back. At this point, I am unsure whether to opt for a replacement or request a refund. Reading other reviews has revealed that this particular coffee machine has had similar issues reported by other users, which raises concerns about facing similar problems outside of its warranty period. I wanted to bring this matter to your attention, hoping that steps can be taken to address the recurring issues with this product. I trust that your team will look into this matter seriously and consider implementing improvements to enhance the reliability and performance of the coffee machine.
