The option available are fantastic. It makes better Cappuccinos than what I can buy at a coffee shop. The coffee is always hot not like other inferior machines.

Great selection of choices to choose from. Selection is easy, and personalised with the option of users. We now only use the 5400, no need even for a kettle anymore. Quickly kick start you morning with Strong Coffee or Americano, end the day with a cappuccino, what ever you feel like, it is there with a simple selection

Don't expect your perfect coffee immediately. It does take awhile (150gr of beans) until the machine has been run in. I don't know why. After the run in time I have no problem or hickup with the machine. I'm making around 8 cups of different coffee per day average

My new best friend, a great product, used daily, works perfectly, love the different profiles and variety of drinks provided. My first machine and no regrets. Would highly recommend this product.

My wife and I absolutely 💯 love our coffee machine, the convenient way in which you can place you cup and press a button and your coffee is just done still supprises me. I would totally recommend this to any avid coffee lover

I have had many coffee machines over the years, The French press, American drip filter, Nespresso small and large pods, even my own grinders, but this machine is superb. You can adjust the grind, strength, quantity, even the milk Quantity all in your own personal profile, so you and 4 others can get exactly what you want without having to ask. My only criticism is the instructions to set it up. They are pretty dire, my advice is to watch the video, and when you first use it, don`t think the first cup of light brown water is what you get, allow the beans to get through the grinder and you will then savour the great coffee it makes.

I have had a few machines but this produces the best coffee drink I need , it's easy to change from one person to the other and to keep everyone's favourite.
