This product is great but battery didnt even last 18 months

I expected unit to be somewhat more powerful, but it lasts cleaning a 3 bedroomed home on max power. My only issue with the unit is the battery. It lasted a whole 15 months. It started showing deterioration at 12 months already. The little brush that is positioned on the handle, somehow always tends to fly off at the slightest touch so eventually I just left it off and placed it back during storage.

DRIVING BAND AND BATTERIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE

1. Philips lack to respond on my request for an answer why they do not keep replacement batteries and driving bands in stock despite the fact that they still advertise the product. 2. If it is out of its warranty you have to discard this vacuum cleaner due to lack of replacement spares
