Excellent appliance. Easy to use. Great suction. On the down side, I would have loved for a tile accessory to have been included. The accessory that the vacuum comes with is a bit bulky. I don’t have carpets. My previous vacuum came with a separate carpet accessory and tile accessory. The shape of the Philips accessory should have been straight in front instead of the curve. Doesn’t get the corners too well when vacuuming now as its curved. Would be nice if a tile accessory is sold separately to attach to the current unit.
