It took me a while to get to grips with how to use it and anyone considering buying it should be prepared to have to learn in order to be able to use it. There are lots of innovative and clever functions and I’ve been so impressed with what this coffee machine can do. It’s super versatile and you can make loads of different types of coffee with it. It’s easy to clean and also looks fantastic in our kitchen! It is an expensive bit of kit but highly worth it if you’re into your coffee!

Easy to keep clean as it comes with a cleaning kit. I’ve only ever had the pod machines but this is in a world of its own, definitely worth paying more for this.

It took me a while to get started and I have never had a coffee machine like this before. I had to carefully read through the instructions but once I got going it has been great. The milk frothier is amazing, it is powerful and great for making cappuccino. The jug is included so I didn’t need to buy anything apart from the beans. The machine looks great, it does take up a bit of room but I’m willing to sacrifice that for amazing coffee every morning. I only have a small kitchen so not lots of room. Also it looks great as it is sleek and modern. It is easy to keep clean. Overall even though I had to carefully read through how to use it, I actually feel like I know more about what makes a good coffee. It’s fun to use as you can buy syrups to change the flavours so it is great if you like to try different flavours. Definitely recommend for any coffee lover.

It was a little daunting at first, but I found a really good video demonstration on Google on how to use it, this may be helpful for others too. I am now using it 3-4 times a day and have even mastered how to make a mocha. It’s actually super easy to use. It is built with great quality and I wouldn’t say it’s overly bulky. It holds a great amount of water so I’m not having to constantly top it up. You can change how fine you want your coffee beans ground to if you prefer your coffee stronger, I have settled for ‘5’ for an americano. I found the tamper super handy for compressing the ground coffee. If I had to give one negative bit of feedback it would be that when the beans are being ground it can be a little messy. Overall I am very happy with this machine, my morning americanos are so much tastier

It’s a great addition to my kitchen and I was surprised how quick and easy it was to clean after use with no smearing at all. Its been used every day, often 3+ times especially as now when people are over they ask for a drink too! Its a little bit to work out at first especially if this type of machine is new to you like it was for me but it really is quite simple! I managed to even set almost all of it up without looking at the manual but I did look to double check everything was right! I did struggle too for getting the bit on top but i think that was just me as my parter got it on no issue.
