I wanted a fully automatic coffee machine with the feel of a professional barista . Very satisfied with my purchase

Centric recently opened a new office and the cafe downstairs was not able to deliver coffee orders when we had client meetings. We decided to purchase a coffee machine so we could prepare a drink order and also provide a few options to drink choices. As I own the series 1200 model, it was a logical choice to choose a top-end model and the SAECO collaboration adds to the quality of the machine. We have calculated that after 400 drinks, we would recoup the price of the machine and this will take +/- three months so it is a sound investment. The machine has 6 profile options, and we can cater for any drink order with a touch of a button.

Great machine, absolutely beastlike, no complaints except for the monopoly on Aquaclean filters! Only available on one website in the whole SA (Yuppiechef) currently for more than three times what was being charged last year (R450 a filter!!). Not cool. Great machine, although things like this leave a sour taste in my mouse after buying this machine for thousands of rands.

This is an excellent coffee machine. Coffee is superb as is the milking facility - no need to move the cup to add milk. All done from the same dispensing outlets.The 6 profile options are so good to have when you have people with different preferences they can load these on their own dedicated profile. I have had 2 of these. The 1st packed up after 20 months (pump and leaks). I was reimbursed and bought another. The 2nd I have just handed in to supplier with the same problems after just 10 months. Continuous water leaks and finally yesterday it stopped dispensing liquids (pump??). Love the unit but time to change to a Jura 8.
