Good interface to 'record' the automated steps. Option to configure via Computer would have been nice.

Not as good as it looks
Really disappointed with this item. Quite hard to set up and very hard to navigate the menus / switch between controlling different devices. I have totally failed to set up activities which are basically macros that issue a number of commands in a certain order. This option does not work and you have to do everything manually,

Not easy to use
The remote looks very good but there it ends. Not easy to use or programme. Instructions are not clear and I am generally quite technologically savvy. Now that Windows has updated to 10 I cannot get updates so it was a waste of money!
